Sales of products through the Charmant Club site are governed by the following Terms and Conditions, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014) and related European directives. We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, or cash with receipt for purchases made in person. Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated based on the customer's location.

Customers have the right of withdrawal in line with the Consumer Code, allowing the return of products within 14 days of receipt for any reason.

  9. Crumb: Prevents cross-site request forgery (CSRF). Session cookie.

  10. ss_cookieAllowed: Remembers if a visitor agreed to placing analytics cookies on their browser if a site is restricting the placement of cookies. Expires after 30 days.
